Because of my extensive experience in food and beverage manufacturing and my training as a microbiologist I have a deep interest in food safety. I provide specialist consulting in food safety and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) for both food manufacturing companies and food service organisations.
I facilitate Food Safety and HACCP workshops and am registered with the Abu Dhabi and Dubai Food Authorities as a HACCP facilitator and trainer. I have designed and run in-house courses for the Abu Dhabi Food Authority and have trained their food inspectors on implementing HACCP in food service and food manufacturing facilities within the Abu Dhabi Emirate. I have also consulted on food safety and HACCP for oil and gas companies in the Middle East and Central Asia.
